I would like to compliment your workman on his work at our home. He did tuckpointing, repaired our chimney (we were unaware how dangerous the potential for falling bricks had become) and repaired the basement sills. He takes great pride in his work and he wanted to be sure that I was happy and answered any questions that I had. The finished repairs were outstanding and the tuckpointing at the front was so good, that I could not tell what he had just done from the old tuckpointing. I feel that it is important to let you know that you have wonderful, courteous representative for your company. Please forward this email to Allen. It is easy to complain about service but it takes a little time to acknowledge someone when they have done a more than satisfactory job.
